How we do it:

We expertly arrange and manage the implementation of real estate capital when, where, and how it is needed in accordance with the present risk factors.

In Plain English:

1. We expertly structure, originate, and manage, real estate and business financing for investors, business owners, and individuals and…
2. We expertly structure, offer, and manage, real estate related investments (mortgage notes and real estate equity investments) for individual and institutional investors.

This means that we originate and manage commercial mortgages, business loans (SBA), as well as residential mortgages. In some instances these mortgages are funded via institutional lenders and in some instances the funding source is private investors.

In addition, we structure and offer to our clients, investments in mortgage notes and equity investments in real estate.               

Real Estate Capital 101:

There are generally two sides to the implementation of capital in a real estate investment. One party has a need for capital; the other party has an interest in providing capital in expectation of a profit.

This capital may be in the form of debt (loan), equity (down payment), or a combination of both (joint venture, partnership, mezzanine finance, etc.). Quest Real Estate Capital strives to excel in the implementation and management of the 3 forms of real estate capital.

The service we provide to the party in need of capital (borrower or partner in need of capital) is to source, create, implement and manage the most cost-efficient capital structure that will bring the project to fruition (originate and manage the financing or structure, close and manage a joint venture or partnership).

The service we provide to the provider of the capital (institutional or individual lender or equity providing partner), is to locate, underwrite, and manage quality projects in which they can put their capital to work.
